Our experienced, certified private investigators are proud members of the Institute of Professional Investigators, Association of British Investigators, The International Association of Legal Research and Investigators, World Association of Professional Investigators and Alternative Options Security Group.
Our founder and Managing Director, Michael Pettitt, has 18 years commercial experience on top of his 30-year meritorious career in the Metropolitan Police. He has extensive litigation experience and specialises in pre-trial assistance, investigative analysis and assistance on criminal appeals.
We work within the spirit of all UK legislation, and adhere to The Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) 2001. We also work within the Human Rights Act 1998 and Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) since 2003, number Z7478130 and compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the principles of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 2018. (ICO Registration Z7478130 since 17 January 2003)
We are also Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) current and reviewed annually, available for examination on request.
